You file. We help you stay on top of it.
ClaimMatch is a free claim assistant. We help you find settlements that are open, point you to the official notice and claim site, and keep track of the claims you file. You always file on the official site yourself.
The four steps
Step 1. Find an open settlement
Browse settlements that are open for claims. Each listing shows the deadline we have on file and, when our source lists it, a link to the official settlement site.
- The closest deadlines are easy to spot
- Listings are unverified for now, so check the official site
Step 2. Check if you qualify
Open the official notice and read who qualifies. File only if it describes you. Filing a claim you don’t qualify for can be against the law.
- The official notice is the final word
- We’re not a law firm, so we can’t tell you if you qualify
Step 3. File on the official site
Fill out and send the claim form on the settlement’s official website. ClaimMatch never files or submits a claim for you.
- Filing on the official site is free
- Save the confirmation number the site gives you
Step 4. Keep track in ClaimMatch
Come back and tell us you filed. Add your confirmation number if you got one. Your claims stay in one list, so you can see what’s done and what isn’t.
- Your claim shows “Submitted” only after you add the confirmation number
- If your claim is paid, the administrator pays you directly
What your claim status means
Your claim’s status in ClaimMatch is based on what you tell us. The settlement administrator decides whether a claim is approved and paid.
- Not filed yet
- You’re tracking this settlement but haven’t told us you filed.
- Reported filed by you
- You told us you filed on the official site. We don’t have a confirmation number yet.
- Submitted · #…
- You added the confirmation number from the official site. We show it next to the status.
- Not reported filed
- The deadline passed and you didn’t tell us you filed.
- Not filed
- An earlier version of ClaimMatch wrongly showed this claim as filed. ClaimMatch didn’t file it. If you filed on the official site yourself, tell us. If not, check the official site: you may still be able to file before the deadline.
- Status not confirmed
- An older status we can’t confirm. Check the official site, then tell us where things stand.
- Not a real settlement
- This listing was test data, not a real settlement. There’s nothing to file.
Where our listings come from
Our settlement listings come from SettleSignal, a public settlement data source shared under the CC BY 4.0 license. We haven’t checked each listing ourselves yet, so each one is labeled “Unverified: check the official site.”
Deadlines and details can change. The official settlement website is always the final word, including the exact cutoff time.
Kinds of settlements
Class-action settlements cover many everyday things, from data breaches to products you bought.
- Data Breach
- Consumer Products
- Auto & Vehicles
- Privacy
- Financial & Banking
- Health & Pharma
- Employment
- Food & Beverage

- General
Each settlement decides what it pays and who can claim. Check the official notice for the details.

ClaimMatch is a free claim assistant, not a law firm. The information on this website is general information, not legal advice. Using this website or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship. ClaimMatch does not file, submit or sign claims for anyone, and it never receives or handles settlement payments. Settlement listings come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. The official settlement notice and website are the final word on deadlines, who qualifies and payments, so check them before you act. We make no promise that the information here is complete, accurate or current, or that you will receive any payment. Settlement payments may be reduced by fees and costs the court approves, such as attorneys' fees. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and do not mean we endorse them.
